Cycling Fever

Checked out a race at Windsor Park put on by Oak Bay Bikes. I just got clips, pedals and shoes for my bike so cross training LOOK OUT, here I come. I'm stoked! I hate running so much and I think cycling will take a lot of impact off my knees and body and maybe JUST maybe... my training will pick up and be fun! :)
