What's Cooking?

Thanks to Kraft Canada's "What's Cooking?" magazine I have been on a cooking and baking storm!
Here's what's been on the menu the past week:

Creamy Beef & Noodle Bake
- easy to make
- little ingredients
- not that filling though

Vanilla Snowflake Cake
- double broil the chocolate, it's a lot easier
- wait for the chocolate to cool before piping
- snowflakes are hard to make with hot hot chocolate :(
- Jell-o Instant Vanilla pudding powder in the icing is a must!!
My version:
- awesome and easy soup

- really quick and easy
- sausage brings out some great flavour - i used ukrainian instead of italian
- the balsamic dressing is KEY! mixed with the tomato juice really makes the flavour
