Staying Positive

It has been a long journey down to Caracas so far. I left my house at 4:30am after only about 3 hours of sleep and Kate and I journeyed on four flights to get to Caracas (meeting up with our team in Atlanta). Not to mention the 3.5 hour flight to Atlanta from the twin cities was next to a 6 year old autistic kid who did not like his food, his toys, the airplane or sitting still. We arrived late in Atlanta which means we didn't get time to grab any food before our 4.5 hour flight to Caracas and so now, I sit in my hotel room with my tummy grumbling wide awake because I took 2 Gravol to get through the last flight. Fortunately I had three seats to myself and just passed out.

So, we are here in Caracas and I've met up with the rest of the indoor team and we got our uniforms, travel outfits and we will be getting some nice stormtech tracksuits (including red pants). The uniforms look great! Shoutout to asics! Also, I'll be getting a new indoor stick to play with from AK Pro!

Unfortunately I am missing the last game of the Chile series but we have won all three games so far so I am confident that the team will win again tomorrow! There are a tonne of photos that were taken from the week but here are a few that I have liked:

On a side note, our team has been somewhat sponsored by Lululemon which is awesome and a photo of me got chosen for their website. You can check it out by clicking here!
